where are we
Location
Ours is a wonderful position, a stone’s throw from the beach and other main places of interest on Elba Island, easly accessible in a few minuts by car.
How to reach us
By car:
You can stopover in Portferraio, which has a lot more courses than other places, in about an hour crossing, or in Rio Marina (which is less expensive) in about an half hour crossing. From portoferraio you’ll have to follow Porto azzurro direction (30 min.) and, when arrived, you can look for parking lots in central square where there is a special area for loading and unloading. From Rio marina it will only take you 15 minutes to reach Porto Azzurro instead.
By train:
Elba island isn’t provided with a railway network. It is still possible to Piombino from which you can sail for Portoferraio or Rio Marina. From here you can reach Porto Azzurro by bus (CTT117). We are within walking distance from the bus stop.
By plane: On Elba Island there is a little airport in La Pila, where land flights from Pisa, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo Orio al serio, Berna, Zurigo, Ginevra, Friedrichshafen, Amburg, Dusseldorf, Berlin and Vienna. From the airport you can reach us only by taxi.
