A Tailor-made Experience
We don’t offer mass hospitality, but an as much as possible personalized service. Our customer should feel as at home and we’d like to be a reference point for them.
The bedrooms have just been restructured, soundproofed, provided with a wide bathroom with box shower, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator mini-bar, safe, ADSL and TV LED.
We have an important architectural barrier tho: three flights of stairs, although quite large. But it seems right to point it out for the correctness of the information.
We found ourselves in a beautiful position: at the third floor of a building in the center of Porto Azzurro (eastern Elba Island), near the seaside and with a beautiful sight on the beach and the little port. We are right next to a free public parking lot and the bus stop.

5/5 “Facilities were like 3 star hotel. And very good breakfast. Just 3 bedrooms but excellent locations although some noise from the main street, that the b&b was located on. Cannot recommed to people with poor feet, as it was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Otherwise definitely worth every cent!”

Checkin & Checkout
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. o’clock. Anyway we are used to contact our future customers to agree on the perfect time for them and us.
No
subsidized entry for the disabled
We are truly sorry but we have no subsized entry for the disabled, since we are on the third floor of a building without elevator.
Cancellation policy
– For any cancellation done by 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be accounted for your next visit within a year.
– For any cancellation done within a maximum of 30 days, there will be no refund.
-In case of late arrival or early departure, only the true period of stay will be charged.

Weekend a Porto Azzurro e senza saperlo abbiamo scoperto questo fantastico posto. Vista panoramica. Il posto dispone di tre/quattro camere ampie e super pulite con un bagno fantastico. Per finire il proprietario super amabile. A presto e grazie di tutto Michele.

Ho affitatto una camera per una notte in questo B&B in una delle vie centrali di Porto Azzurro. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni comfort e la pulizia del bagno con cabina doccia è stata impeccabile. Senza dubbio uno dei migliori della zona.
